Our coaches are based in Hong Kong and Asia and we have affiliate partners around the globe, enabling us to work where our clients need us to be present. All of our coaches are accredited by the International Coach Federation and qualified to lead transformational leadership programs and impactful 1:1 coaching.
As the founder of Wong Global Leadership, Angie leverages more than 20 years’ experience in corporate leadership, her multi-cultural background and extensive coaching experience to provide best-in-class executive coaching and leadership development programs in Hong Kong and across Asia. Angie’s purposeful and incisive approach and her business acumen have enabled her to guide her clients toward the change they are seeking.
Angie is passionate about coaching senior leaders, particularly women, to become confident, influential leaders, who lead with purpose in today’s ever-changing global workplace. She created the exclusive Integral Growth Model — a dynamic, accelerated experience that propels clients not only in the boardroom but in all aspects of their lives – as well as a transformational leadership program for women.
Angie is a Certified International Coaching Federation (ICF PCC) coach and the first certified Brené Brown Dare to Lead facilitator in Hong Kong. She is also a Daring Way™ facilitator and a certified Wendy Palmer Leadership Embodiment Practitioner. She is a graduate of the New Ventures West Integral Coaching School in California and a graduate of the Women’s Leadership Collaboration/West Program, a specialized three-year leadership program, developed at Stanford University.
As the former president of a renowned bank in the US, Angie has extensive knowledge and understanding of what it requires to be at the top. She was responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, managing broad-scale change efforts and developing leadership programs. Now she leverages her personal experience to help develop others in enhancing their leadership qualities. Angie’s experience has led her to derive practical methodologies to coach senior business leaders to truly lead from within.
Brought up in Hong Kong and educated in the US, Angie is well-suited to coaching senior executives from a variety of cultural backgrounds, and she has directed leadership programs globally. Angie is fluent in Cantonese and English and speaks conversational Mandarin. Angie’s clients describe her as a thoughtful listener, an authentic truth-seeker and teller and a trusted partner who offers impactful, practical guidance.
