We created a coaching program to guide the client to develop a more balanced leadership style, enhance team cohesion and maximize the potential of her team.
The program was rolled out over six months, supporting the client in developing her own leadership style. She learned to facilitate communication and directed a shared vision within the team, while remaining true to her action-oriented and results-focused self.
