How do you help a leader grow to manage a group of highly diverse and capable team members and to drive performance while remaining accessible?
The Solution:
We created a coaching program to guide the client to develop a more balanced leadership style, enhance team cohesion and maximize the potential of her team.
The program was rolled out over six months, supporting the client in developing her own leadership style. She learned to facilitate communication and directed a shared vision within the team, while remaining true to her action-oriented and results-focused self.
The client learned to balance her challenging leadership style with encouragement, recognition and rewards; to lead with vision that inspires people to give their best.
