The Challenge:
How do you empower highly technical senior leaders to become more effective and collaborative coaches and mentors?

THE SOLUTION:
Through pre-assessments, Wong Global Leadership identified that collaboration, working through change, and consistency in their practices in execution were the key development focuses. We facilitated strategy sessions with key team leaders and delivered a customized emotional intelligence development program to enhance the senior leaders’ abilities to lead and gain employees’ commitment through collaboration. At a later stage, we also conducted a monthly two-hour face to face group EQ development and strategy meetings to help the leaders put their awareness into actions to increase effectiveness.

RESULTS:
From the EQ program survey, the senior leaders rated the program with an average score of 4.8 out of 5. They felt the EQ processes would significantly impact the way they lead.
